You Deserve a Break
Peanut Flake Cookie Ingredients
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups cornflakes cereal

Peanut Butter Flake Cookies Directions

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set that aside.
1. Bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in butter and peanut butter until thoroughly mixed, and remove from heat. This will only take about 5 minutes.
2. Pour the corn flakes into a large bowl, and slowly pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal. Mix until all the corn flakes are coated with the sweet mixture.
I grab a tablespoon and drop a scoop of corn flake mixture onto the waxed paper. I sprinkle a little white powdered sugar over the top for flare.
The cookies cool quickly, you can now pass out the napkins and enjoy your no bake, no fuss corn flake cookies.
